InfoWisp supports a wide range of file types: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xlsx, .xls), PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), CSV, Markdown, plain text, images (.png, .jpg, .webp, .gif), and email files (.eml). The Free plan supports PDF and TXT. The Personal plan supports all formats except audio and video. Pro and Enterprise support all file types including audio and video.

Absolutely. Your documents are encrypted and stored securely. Only you can access your files — we never share your data with third parties. All uploaded files are scanned for viruses before processing.
