InfoWisp is an AI-powered document question-and-answer service. Users can upload documents and ask questions about their content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process documents and generate answers based on their content.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Only upload documents that you have the legal right to use.
  • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or misuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The InfoWisp name, logo, and software are the property of Bercea C Ioan and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Answers

Answers generated by the AI are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated answers for critical decisions without independent verification.

7. Pricing and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Changes to pricing will be communicated in advance. Free tier users may be subject to usage limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bercea C Ioan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
