Refund Policy

1. Overview
InfoWisp is a subscription-based service operated by Bercea C Ioan, based in the Netherlands. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with InfoWisp for any reason, you can request a full refund. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@bci-consulting.eu. You can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received after your purchase.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
